  • Mariscal (Andes): Located at the foothills of the Andes mountain range.

  • Alto Jahuel (Andes): Situated in the central part of the Maipo Valley.

  • Entre Cordilleras A subregion nestled between the Andes Mountains and the Coastal Range.

It is renowned for its production of red wines, particularly the Pais grape, a heritage grape variety that has gained international recognition in recent years. The valley's characteristics, such as its Mediterranean climate, diverse soils, and the influence of rivers, provide ideal conditions for cultivating this variety. Century-old vineyards and traditional winemaking practices contribute authenticity and character to Pais wines, known for their freshness, fruity flavors, and spicy notes.
